Blown away. Love it
I grew up in Santiago but this was my first stayed. Let tell you that this hotel is great. The rooms are impecable. The new COVID standards are outstanding. The food by the restaurant close to the elevator was amazing.

Great city hotel!
I stayed for two nights on a business trip and this was supposed to be the best hotel in town..the outside of the hotel is not that nice but soon as you walk in it gets much better fast...great service...comfortable room and good room service.

Excellent stay
I've stayed here for several times and it was a very pleasant stay every time. Rooms ,breakfast,restaurant ,the swimming pool all are very good and my last stay was during corona .They still managed to make my stay very comfortable without breaking the regulations due to the coronavirus.

Above and Beyond Service and Clean Stay

Impressive
I was very impressed by this hotel. How the managers handled a complained I had for the room I was given first, they didn’t stop until they fulfilled my request. The best of the best. I want to go back.
